Refund Policy

1. Digital products (eBooks, Printables, Teacher packs)

  • Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable products are non-refundable.

  • If you experience a problem with your download, please contact us at thelittlelifeclub@outlook.com and we’ll make sure you get access asap!

2. Physical products (Paperback Books)

  • Please choose carefully when placing your order as we do not offer exchanges or refunds. 

3. Fault or damaged product items

  • In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or faulty, please email thelittlelifeclub@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery stating your name, your order number, description and with photos of the said product/s.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Refund process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).

5. Non refundable items

  • Downloadable products and sale items are non-refundable.
