Delivery Policy

1. Digital Products - Processing Times

  • Storybooks, workbooks, colouring and learning books are delivered instantly via download link after successful payment.

  • No shipping charges apply to digital products.

  • A download link will be provided on the order confirmation page and sent to the email address provided at checkout.

  • Please make sure to check your "SPAM" or "JUNK" folder if it is the first time you are purchasing from our business!

2. Physical Products - Processing TImes

  • Orders with physical items are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details (if available) once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping rates and Delivery estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Australia: 3–7 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

  • Please note these are estimates — delivery times may vary due to postal service delays, customs clearance, or peak periods. Whilst we endeavour to do everything possible so that you receive your products as soon as possible, we cannot be liable for delays or loss/damage during shipping.

  • Please choose the express postage option if you require your products quickly.

4. International orders

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

5. Missing or delayed orders

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at thelittlelifeclub@outlook.com.

  • We’ll assist with tracking your order and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Address accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
